The Justice Department acknowledged Tuesday that it was Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem who decided to proceed with the deportation of 100 Venezuelan men to a notorious prison in El Salvador despite a judge's order to keep them in U.S. custody.

The disclosure came in response to demands by U.S. District Judge James Boasberg that the administration identify the officials involved in authorizing an unprecedented deportation operation in March that sent the men to a prison known for abusive treatment.

personally issued the order not to obey Judge Boasberg’s command that planes carrying hundreds of Venezuelan men to be imprisoned and tortured in CECOT be turned around."

The finger-pointing, CYA phase of the Trump misadministration has begun.

A disgrace to her gender to be sure. But when rump puts women in these positions and situations it's usually to throw them under the bus. If he doesn't physically screw them he will do it vicariously. They are acapegoats... unless their last name is Maxwell. Just my opinion.

May be an orange jumpsuit. And after a year plus with no plastic upgrade, she will start melting like the South Park version of her. How about a pay
per view prison camera?
To save taxpayer’s cost, lock her up in a county dog kennel. (No Adoption for that breed)

Long prison sentences are in order.

Not a human cell in her body! Worthless piece of shit breathing our oxygen. Pre pardoned no doubt. (TSF probably says go ahead i'll pardon you) that's the legal advise she got.

I had not seen that pic previously. Men with shaved heads, in their underwear, in an overcrowded cell, like they're trophies.

This woman is just about as evil as trump. Charge her with contempt of court for not turning those planes around as ordered.
