Israel Is Running Critically Low On Interceptors, Semafor Reports

March 14 (Reuters) - Israel informed the U.S. this week that it is running critically low on ballistic missile interceptors as the conflict with Iran continues, Semafor reported on Saturday, citing U.S. officials familiar with the matter.

Reuters could not immediately verify the report.

The U.S. has been aware of Israel’s low capacity for months, the report said, adding that it is not running low on interceptors of its own.

Russia exploiting Iran war, Zelensky says after fresh bombardment

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has accused Russia of attempting to exploit the war in the Middle East to cause "even greater destruction" in his country.

He said Ukraine needed air-defence systems regardless of what was happening elsewhere. The US-Israeli war with Iran has led to many air-defence missiles being expended fending off retaliatory attacks.

They have less than 35% chance of launching missiles now. They have been degraded 86% and Israel and the US have TOTAL AIR DOMINATION so you actually don't need interceptors, even though the awesome interceptors are intercepting no less than 86% of all missiles and drones, which are themselves limited to 22% of previous 67% capacity, and their launchers are also pretty much eliminated, having been degraded to 65% of their pre 12 day war percentage capacity of 87%!

It's a worry though, when people in the US bleat about the price of eggs and fuel, when the bigger tragedy perpetuated by the US is happening overseas.

The interceptors are expensive and much slower to build.
Drones are cheap and can be built fast. Much the same with the Iranian missiles.

During WWII, the US constructed between 80 and 90 thousand bombers in 1944.
A huge effort. Massive scale of plane building.

Last year how many drones did the Ukraine produce?

6 million. Any wonder why there is a 40 to 50 kilometer kill zone between them and the Russian forces.
I would bet that Iran has taken notes from the Ukrainian war.
