Mine were purchased when I moved here, some fifteen years ago and are still going strong.

I probably got them at Target, but can't recall from that long ago.

I ordered them from online from somewhere.

One rug, the band around the outside of the rug, a lot of it came loose and now it's shedding badly.

Sounds like you had the misfortune to purchase some poorly made items, which is unfortunate.

Again, basic stuff from Target will last years and years.

They do not have a backing on them. I bought them in 1998 when we moved into this house and they have been washed in hot water, bleached and dried on hot. They still shed!!!

This is the closest thing I could find in a hurry. I think I got mine at either Target or Mervyn's
