I recommend looking up what occurred in Grenada in 1983 and the Peter Sellers movie The Mouse That Roared to get the gist of why he says, "David, you may not realize, but we got Grenada--and Grand Fenwick is next! We're gonna show those people that this is the only way we can survive."
