A really scary reminder if you are on blood thinners.

Cuddles play attacked my lower right leg and I hardly felt it. Fifteen minutes later there is Blood all over my trailer. I've been bleeding non-stop from one of his claw punctures ever since. Had I fallen asleep, this would've been potentially life threatening.
Please remember even the slightest cut can be dangerous to you.

would wearing knee socks help for as long as you're on the thinners?

Good luck!

Cause Cuddles does this to me almost every day. He just doesn't draw blood all the time.

And had that same experience. Had to go to the hospital.

We should remember aspirin is also a blood thinner.

Take your hand and put as much pressure on that thing as you are able to tolerate.

Really really hard for about 20 minutes. Don't let up on the pressure.

I had an IV blow out in the hospital a few months ago and I swear it looked like a multiple murder scene in there.

LOTS OF PRESSURE AND DON'T RELEASE IT.

Good luck!

Call an ambulance if it gets too bad.

I did that and then wrapped it with gauze and tape as if it were a huge wound lol.
My carpet looks like a murder happened here. Now just need Forensic Files to show up and solve it lol.
