This would be a tough thing to go through.
Probably the toughest part was every day shed wake up and realize someone had called today to tell her her mother had passed away, the former Tonight Show host recalled. And her mother died every day for, like, three years.
Above all, Leno is just as smitten as he was at the start of their romance.
When she looks at me and smiles and says she loves me, I melt, he shared.

(3,983 posts)each day while being the sole caregiver at the same time. If they are up at night you dont sleep, but still need to work the next day. Its a crime that Medicare does not provide more assistance to us family caregivers. Im still working cuz I cannot afford to retire. Maybe at 70 I can if our economy improves. Wishful thinking.
