Well, I have some news

Good news: Yesterday, Christmas Eve, I got to my desired weight thanks to diet and exercise.

Bad news: I recently dislocated my shoulder. No worries, it's back in place. Physiotherapy is next.

It isn't easy. I'm hoping to hold over Christmas and new years. I'm down 13 kilos from March. Slow and steady.

PS. Do your PT.

then when you finally figure out your body’s daily dietary requirements.

It’s sheer bliss, there’s no more desire to pig out, the problem is forcing yourself to eat more just to maintain your weight, so you don’t get too thin.

And I'm sorry about your shoulder. Think of Joe much quicker recovery will be since you got in shape, though!

That's my goal for 2026.
