Good morning my DU family,

I'm reminded after reading a couple of news posts this morning that there's some things that I can affect the outcome of and that's what I need to pay attention to.

The rest is only adding unnecessary stress and anxiety.

Please give us a day filled with opportunities to do better for each other, without getting lost in things we can't impact.

Please don't forget, choose your battles wisely and give your energy to those nearest and dearest to us.
