1. AI slop. Nearly 100 videos in 6 months, so a new video roughly every other day. Smarter AI use than

a lot we've seen, but it's still use of unethical AI tools trained illegally on stolen intellectual property. This wan't done by a team of actors with a writer and producer. This is pure AI, like the AI video fakes of Rachel Maddow, Jimmy Kimmel, etc.

only reason those descriptions of Gen X, etc., seem accurate is that they obviously used AI to write the description, compiling what's most often said about those groups.

This AI slop could be from a foreign content farm. It's an insult to everyone whose work was stolen to train the AI, and it doesn't belong on a liberal message board.

You might as well announce that you don't give a fuck about all the artists and writers whose work was stolen, because that is the message you're sending to anyone fighting exploitation by AI companies.

I've talked to too many near-suidal artists and horribly depressed teachers to want to see AI promoted in any way.

I don't know if you.saw the threads I posted about the response the head of the American Federation of Teachers got on Bluesky when she posted AI slop last month. Some teachers want her out. just for posting AI slop once, because of what it represents.
