It's bitter cold here in NE Ohio....

Sunday will be the ninth day in a row where the mercury stayed below 20°. I'm losing my coat the first time it hits a balmy freezing.

But here a related conundrum:
Would you rather go streaking at -40C, or -40F?

1. I've never seen this long of an extreme cold snap here in Delaware before. Large piles of snow not gonna melt.

Cold for 2 months, then frigid for 2 weeks. If more snow, weight will be a worry. And there's just no melt. This is like Washington's winter at Valley Forge.

-40F and -40C are the same. The only point on both scales where they read the same temp.
