I was going to ask them what they were doing, but I'm sure they would just have said "freezing our nuts -- what does it look like ?".

I think if the squirrels stopped chasing each other away from the food, they'd get more to eat. Oh well, with all of the activity, they aren't freezing off any body parts!

When I go outside, even for the short walk to the feeding area, I have to bundle up from head to toe. We're supposed to get above freezing in a day or so. This frigid weather has stayed way too long!
