Is it just me or is it the same woman laughing in a lot of the cat and dog videos?

It sure sounds like the same person's laugh to me. Are they just dubbing in the laughter or what? One person can't be present at so many cat or dog videos that are posted online.

Or am I just a crazy old lady who's losing her mind, that thinks every laugh I hear is the same one? I don't think so. If it's not the same laugh, it's close enough.

I'm reluctant to post this, lest you all think I'm nuts.

Edited to add: it's in the compliation videos, not the ones that are specific to one cat or dog, like Dodo or GeoBeats.

But that doesn't mean it's not the same woman. Especially if the videos are all fake AI generated stuff that's swamping youtube and facebook these days.

2. I only watch the cat and dog videos that are posted here.

I've never seen one on YouTube and I have never used Facebook.

5. AI "slop" is getting posted here too

Sad to say a lot of AI stuff is posted on DU. AI created videos are swamping traditional videos.

And yeah, could just be a laugh track that someone's adding.

3. It's the same people who laugh in situation comedies. I remember the voices from 60 years ago.

Media is tweaked up to be popular and profitable. No reason animal videos can't do the same.
