I had a State trooper here last night about it.

He took a look at the trampoline and went over to talk to them. They refused to answer the door.

I filed a police report and I have a case number.

I have a snail mail letter ready to go to the Town, certified return receipt, when the post office re-opens on Tuesday.

I've also sent an email to the Town Supervisor which contains the contents of my letter, as well as the case number with the State Police.

The trooper could not advise me on legal matters, but he did recommend getting a civil attorney if the Town refuses to act. The trooper recognized the danger.

10. I hope it works out for you. My borough is the the same. Unless this abandoned house caves in, they will not do anything

about it. They do have notices all over the door and we explain to them the house is abandoned. They told me that the house is on the list. Going on 5 years now.

trampoline, the mice and rats, and the cockroaches...and the dogshit, and the pokeweed, and the hogweed, and the loose dog attacking me, and the verbal abuse received...

Nothing has been done by the town.

I lightly alluded to potential legal action in my letter.

This bullshit is causing a lot of stress here, especially with my wife, and she normally doesn't get too worked up.
