Make your own lipstick

?si=9h1szE-439NjJ4a6

Lipstick 💄🧡
-1 tsp beeswax
-2 tsp cocoa butter
-1 tsp coconut oil or almond oil
-1 tsp saffron powder

Mix everything in a double boiler for 10/15 min until the saffron is creating a deep colour.
Once ready pour in to your moulds or tins.
For darker colour we use beetroot powder
This recipe is great as a blush as well.

But I already have saffron stigmas for cooking so it's okay for those who have it on hand. It's better than fish scales which are used commercially.

For store brand lipsticks are $10. To $20.

Good brands are from $25. To $40.
So it's not so cheap any more. My last bottle of Spice Island saffron was $12.99.
