I have to come out and live my truth. I have now become "crusty."

I am wearing my clothes from Friday which is sweat pants with mustard & mayo from my Cubano sandwich* yesterday and Friday’s potatoes on them, the same sweatshirt, 2 t-shirts, the same underwear,
the same socks, and slippers. I promise to take a shower by noon.

My breakfast is some left over Cubano Sandwich, coffee, and clementine oranges.

*. Cubano Sandwich = Pan Cuban aka white bread in a 6” bun cut lengthwise, Swiss Cheese (Guggisberg Baby Swiss), yellow mustard, mayo, and some crushed red pepper on both sides, Mortadella, Salami,
some pulled pork, dill pickles, and Provolone. Grilled on an Iron skillet with butter. A brick works as
my sandwich press.

Don’t judge me I know I am nutz. But it is fun.

Practically every item of clothing I own has white dog hair on it. And I only have one dog.

I finally did laundry and grocery shopping yesterday. Have not gone out since my husband died and lived on peanut butter sandwiches. I feel better today after forcing myself to get moving. Grief is a bitch when you already have depression.
Nothing wrong with taking a break and vegging out when your body needs it.
