And I have an even slower crockpot, LOL. I like whatever feeds me well while saving time. Both can do that. And yea, I'm a boomer (just barely).

Mine has Off, Low, and High. I've used it a couple of times a week si ce the early 70s. I don' t boom.

Depending on what I am making. I took a long time with the decision to get an Instantpot, but I’m really glad I took the leap. I love its ease of use and ability to toss in frozen stuff.

I also love my little 2 quart crockpot, especially for small fixins. I used it to make a delicious no sugar, cranberry sauce (sweetened with only fruit and mixed berries) last year. Yum!
