If they had any marketing smarts , they would do him a solid by issuing him a special printed ticket with a custom Barcode for him.
He has a cardboard ticket and they have a barcode.
I would have called up a UCLA and asked for CS students to come up with this and give them tickets to a special game where they will meet the
Senior citizen and receive the cheers from the crowd. Dodgers could have also give $ to UCLA college fund as thanks.

There’s so much more.
Couple it with UCLA day at the Dodgers, etc.

The press would love. Local news channels will do stories.

It would be a big win for the dodgers.
