Why is Bannon peeing his pants?

Does the tRump administration have an issue with controlling their bodily functions? The fucking moron farts and poops his pants and now Bannon is peeing his in public. Don't they realize that people can see, hear and smell their unplanned pees and poops?!? Bannon is a heavy drinker and tRump takes all kinds of meds, is that the reason that they can't control themselves?
