A dog who lost his paw has a wonderful prosthetic that allows him to run almost naturally. Wonderful video.

4. I saw that. Scrolling through the remaining comments there is one from a vet who disapproves

of the prosthesis, saying that it can lead to necrosis. Other than that one out of 100s I didn't see any negative comments.
