Can anybody i.d. the piece & composer at the start of this video re The Baroque, please?

Can only post the entire video because, obviously don't know the piece by itself. In the intro after the too brief start it's a bit longer at the 2:50 mark. Could it be Tomas ALBINONI? Several months or a year ago I first saw this video and think I found the name of the piece but don't know how and it's gone. I'm obsessed! In the meantime, the second video is a thank you, Adagio by ALBINONI.

Yeah, Shazam did that for me, too. There are several Comments in the video asking for it. UTUSN Aug 22 #2

I majored in church music, but it's been awhile since I was active in that area. After listening to some of the music in Simon Rusell's YouTube playlist for another series by same guy about Rococo, I really think the music in the video you posted was composed by him in a Baroque style. One thing I searched for was Baroque arrangements of Veni Creator Spiritus, since that's what is heard before the instrumental part, and nothing I came up with matched. That's narrow enough it should be findable if it were a known Baroque composer. Pity Russell doesn't have his music for the Baroque series up on his YouTube channel.

searching YouTubes of baroque trumpet concerti, stop and go. I think ALBINONI is sort of the path. Here's where I go barbaric: too much of that swirling, frenetic baroque made my head spin, undeniable virtuosity of composition and performance but on the surface interchangeable. Thanks again!
