Back in those days, doing an entire album of synth was REALLY hard & time-consuming.
I liked it, but I recall critics either hating it or being dismissive.
Lester Bangs even panned it with Nazi references.
Since it hit top 5 on Billboard, Kraftwerk got the last laugh.
