I've been a huge Byrds fan since 1965. They do some of my all time favorite songs. But I despise this one. 50 Shades Of Blue Oct 15 #1

Bad filler. Other L.A. bands (The Leaves in particular) had done far better versions of this song by the time this one came out. And Jimi took it to another level. Crosby's voice is just not suited for belting out rockers. Otherwise, the 5-D album is top-notch.
