I want to invite you to listen to my new song, Karen Wants to Speak to the Manager. The link is on soundcloud, here.

I was inspired to write this while waiting to talk to my phone company representative. I was in a state of irritation and a moment of perspective helped me make fun of myself a bit.

This song is just for FUN. If you are named Karen, you are a fabulous amalgamation of miraculous star stuff, as are we all, don’t forget.

I had fun slicing recordings of my voice like a quilter and processing and patching them back together. I recorded my mouth going “pop” with my finger and that is part of the percussion track.

Water Bear is reforming and making new music! We are looking for a bass player, if you know anyone with chops who likes, um, art rock I will call it, send them my way please.
