Where did you get her from, Allan?

36. From a local pet rescue. She'd been in a litter of ten, left in a barn. But a few weeks old.

We visited where was being taken care of with other puppies by a sort of foster mom with the organization and met her there. Literally love at first sight. The Rescue got her spayed and vaccinated for only $75.00 and we brought her home. We gave her the name because
she would follow us around at our heels inside and out. Our shadow. It stuck.
