If Bill Blass had designed a bird, it would be a cedar waxwing. So stylish ! nt

(1,917 posts)1. I loooooove cedar waxwings!
well, except for the day a flock swooped in and ate every damned cherry off my only cherry tree in about 30 minutes
but man, it was almost worth it. So otherworldly beautiful.

when I lived in Nashville. I'm guessing its because i had a very small pond in the yard. They have a look that is so crisp and clean -- always amazes me!

We cleaned out our bird feeders and put fresh seed as more birds begin their migration through here.
