I thought she was the most beautiful woman in the world. Hadn't seen much of the world at that point, but my assessment still holds up.

(As a medical professional, I noticed she is wearing her stethoscope TV style, with the head set around her neck. Real medical professionals wear it with the tubing around the neck, or with the whole thing coiled up in a lab coat pocket.)
