Thursday, Feb. 13 - Late-night talk show guest listings

Don't miss the 50th Anniversary of Saturday Night Live!

On Saturday night (Feb. 15th) at the regular time, 11:30 p.m. EST, NBC will rebroadcast the FIRST episode of SNL with George Carlin, Janis Ian, Billy Preston and the original Not-Ready-For-Prime-Time-Players. This episode is almost never on network TV and rarely available in streaming. If you tune in this Saturday night, you'll probably notice that the 2024 movie "Saturday Night" gives a fairly accurate depiction of the chaos surrounding that inaugural production 50 years ago.

On Sunday evening (Feb. 16th) from 8:00 to 11 p.m. EST, NBC presents a 3-hour anniversary special with as many of the current and former stars as they can cram on the stage. There will be hundreds of our favorite comedy clips and videos through the years, and lots of performers and former guest-hosts.

Program your DVR now in order to watch later. (I'm sure I'll want to rewatch it many times.)

Thanks again. I think we could all use a few hours of distraction and levity right now. IcyPeas Feb 13 #1
