I am convinced PGE has perfected the infrastructure for the City because they know they better as fuck keep the rich people in SF happy otherwise they might lose their lucrative monopoly.

But everybody else deals with outdated systems that are not underground where they should be etc.

Environmentalists which I usually agree with have caused some of the issues as in trees etc, but PGE should have buried the entire system decades ago.
