Justice Department to Observe LA Vote Count

CNN: “The Justice Department sent one of its attorneys to observe ballot processing in Los Angeles Friday morning, after President Donald Trump claimed earlier this week the US Attorney’s office there was investigating the vote counting.”

organizations can. I also believe that in California, the observers can only monitor counting of and signatures on mail-in votes. I may be totally wrong.
