PM Update: Frost and freeze likely in parts of the area tonight, then a mixed-weather weekend

* Frost advisory tonight, generally to the west of Interstate 95 | Freeze warning well north and west *

It took most of the day, but we finally started to ditch the clouds in a meaningful way this afternoon. Temperatures in the near 50 to mid-50s zone for highs felt a good deal chillier, thanks to wind gusting as high as 30 mph through the day. It’s becoming the time of year to seek the sunny side of the street! Chilly conditions continue through Halloween, and some rain may fall by Sunday.

Frost advisories have been expanded to cover much of the area tonight. Freeze warning well north and west.
