85 to 75 during the holiday season could be tricky. 75 north or south from that junction is always horrible most days. You can always count on a wreck or two.

A Zombie outbreak in this case.

However, I've seen it totally backed up on the weekends, and I've sailed thru at full highway speed.

Avoid construction and you should be good on the weekends. You can take I-285 either way or go straight thru town. Between the three, one should be clear.
