How do these idiots get licensed ? seriously.? WTF?

that number seems high?
all I know is once I am Dr. bench scientist PhD I'm leaving GA ASAP.

to be in order to appeal to the ignorant voters in their party. Personally, I'd rather give up my congressional seat than have the world think I'm that stupid. Tom Price and Paul Broun are in the same circle (real or pretend) of embarrassing ignorance.
