As a native Chicagoan and south sider I can say with confidence that the city needs a mayor from the neighborhood and not another 1%'er from downtown.

he has the final say, but the foundation has to be on board.
that is why chuy better be careful about what and who he disses during the campaign.
i hate to see politician run on the "i'm not the other guy". no good comes of that. and it rarely works.

Still, I love my President but wish that he would keep his nose out of this election. I didn't vote for Emanuel the last time the President came to town, and I don't want to hear all of his radio messages 24/7 again asking us to vote for Rahm.
