The Rockford Son of Liberty

In 1767, the Sons of Liberty adopted a flag called the "Rebellious Stripes."

On December 16, 1773, the Sons of Liberty protested the Parliament's Tea Act, dumping the King's corporate East Indian Company tea into Boston Harbor.

Are you ready to pitch the corporate tea into the sea, today, like they did, then?

Don't live in NW Illinois? No sweat - we want to expand.

Besides locking arms at the Capital, we also went door-to-door for the Walker recall.

We were also there at the Bainport tent city, when the good folks from Madison came down to Freeport to return the favor.

I'm trying to expand the group. The new congressional districts in Illinois are too big for Rockford alone to cover it all.

Interested in starting up a Madison chapter?
