Republican Power Grab for Illinois Hispanic Votes

2012 election polling shows that 81 percent of Latinos in Illinois voted Democratic. Republicans realize that they can no longer dismiss Latinos and have been attempting to catch up, rather awkwardly, to romance them and their votes.
