Former Federal Prosecutor Patrick Collins Not Investigating Metra

Due to a "potential conflict of interest", well-known former federal prosecutor Patrick Collins just pulled out from investigating Metra.

This was strange. Why was it even released that the Board was going to vote on a contract with Collins before it was a done deal?

Oh...my bad. For a moment I forgot that we live in a era where the media publishes press releases as gospel.
