I wonder why insurance will be cheaper there I'm going to seach for the article.

That federal website is taking the traffic for 36 states, so yes, it's hard to get on. Keep trying at healthcare.gov, or wait a few weeks.

Actually I think it was north western Illinois - especially around the area near Dubuque Iowa - on the Ill side that is.
Du Page, Lake and ???? would be the most expensive. Sorry I can't pull up the article but I'm not a subscriber. I was able to get a brief peek at it yesterday.

The money difference wasn't great - like maybe under fifty bucks.
