My county, Greenville (in the upstate), leads the pack.

Often if there is a jump in cases reported:

1. Did a backlog of results get reported?

2. Was there a testing push involved?

If not, was there a food processing plant outbreak? And/or a prison outbreak?

If that's not the reason, community spread MAY be to blame.

in Independence,MO last week you could get free testing and did not have to have symptoms. I got tested and was negative, which I expected since I have hardly been anywhere since March. They also had testing in other counties. It could be higher numbers due to more testing and allowing everyone one who wants, to be tested. Memorial Day weekend was not helpful. Also in KC many people while protesting are not wearing masks. That worries me many are not wearing masks.
