Manhunt in Louisiana for gunman who killed driver in carjacking, shot at vehicles in Cedar Hill, TX
A gunman is at large after killing a driver in a carjacking and opening fire on other vehicles in Cedar Hill late Sunday.
Police reportedly were investigating whether a fatal road-rage shooting nearby was related to the other violence.
The Caddo Parish Sheriff's Office has identified Sylvester Franco-Luciano, 40, as a suspect in the crimes, according to KTBS-TV. Police describe him as a white or Hispanic, in his early 20s and about 5-foot-10 with a thin build and dark hair.
Franco-Luciano may be driving a stolen 2014 silver Lexus sedan with license plate DPG 6380. He is armed and extremely dangerous, police say. Police believe he is still driving the Lexus and are actively searching for it.
