We are supposed to start the 3 day process of a large snowstorm. So far only about an inch.

4. I'm experiencing the same thing in Northeastern New York, about an hour north of Albany, Adirondack foothills

We usually get buried in snow during the winter, often through April, but this year's been the exception, temperatures too high for snow, 40s and 50s - mostly rain, until yesterday. And it's 12-degrees at the moment so it's not going to melt soon. We still need to dig out. And it looks like the plow came through once, but the cars are buried and it's pretty deep out there. We have to be last on the plowing list since we live on a cul-de-sac off a side street off a main road. After the first decent winter I can remember, we're back to winter in the North Country - at the end of March. Good luck to both of us!

Heavy wet snow and ice. I have a sketchy back and I worry about hubby overdoing it so it may take us a while to get unstuck. I wish we had a younger and stronger neighbor to assist with shoveling.

8. Yikes! Well, we're experiencing the same thing. The cars are just white blobs in the driveway

I was supposed to go somewhere today but I gave up on that just looking outside last night. And it's not going to melt like the "dustings" have before since it's 13-degrees here now. I guess we couldn't escape it for the entire winter, but I really hoped that spring was on the horizon. Good luck to your hubby and hang in there - you're not alone.

There is at least a foot. Good thing is that it’s a light snow….easy to shovel. Good luck digging your car out today. Take care~

I’m amazed we didn’t lose power. I shoveled twice yesterday while it was fun, but the snow was falling so fast in the late afternoon you couldn’t tell I’d been out an hour after. I am glad I don’t have to go anywhere.
