I'm working on my ballot and I've got everything taken care of except Anne Arundel Question B - Purchasing Contract Limits.

Does anyone have an opinion?

I read over the question, looks like a good one to vote for. Any contract awarded over $5k would be published on their website. It also increases the value of no-bid contracts from 25k to something less than 50k.
