'A Prince George's County coronavirus recovery task force released its first wave of recommendations on Monday. Former Maryland Gov. Martin O'Malley is the most notable person to offer advice.

O'Malley focused on how the county government can improve its online offerings and connectivity. The ability to work from home is crucial, he says.

The former governor suggests the county should update its remote work policy to include flexible, alternate and telework options. He also believes the county should move away from paper documents in favor of digital records.
