Rainy weather doesn't stop Calvert County from getting out to vote!

Thanks to all voters for their participation and patience during this year’s higher-than-usual early voter turnout.

The county qualifies for only one early voting center, which is determined by the state based on voter population. Although the wait is long and turnout is high, it is the Election Board’s priority to safeguard the health, safety and accessibility needs of voters.

Elections Administrator Gail Hatfield, pictured below, and election workers are assisting voters who are unable to stand in line and are working to ensure COVID-19 preventative social distancing and sanitization protocols are strictly followed.

POPULATION: 92,525 (2019) Smallest MD county

P.S. Calvert County will have five vote centers available on Election Day. Voters may vote at any one of the vote centers they choose.
