A local State of Emergency has been declared for St. Marys County in Maryland due to the potential effects of Tropical Storm Elsa.
The local State of Emergency will remain in effect for seven days and expire July 13.

A Tropical Storm Warning and a Flash Flood Watch are in effect for St. Marys County through Friday.
