'Parks and Recreation' star coming to Ann Arbor for Harris-Walz bus tour
ANN ARBOR, MI -- Vice President Kamala Harris Fighting for Reproductive Freedom Bus Tour is making its way to Ann Arbor, with a special guest.
Actor Adam Scott, known for playing Ben Wyatt in the TV sitcom, Parks and Recreation, is joining the canvass launch on Monday, Sept. 23. Its part of the tour, which focuses on discussing reproductive rights. He will join Lt. Governor Garlin Gilchrist II to address supporters and volunteers at this event.
A time and location havent been announced yet for the event, but it will be open to the public. More details on how to sign up will be shared ahead of the event or anyone interested can also contact their local Democratic party office for more details, according to the Harris-Walz campaign.
Besides the NBC comedy, Scott is also known for starring in a variety of other TV shows and movies, like Severance, Party Down and Step Brothers.
