EMILYs List to target Michigan as part of $15 million effort in support of Democrats
After giving their endorsement to several candidates in state level races, a national organization dedicated to electing pro-choice women is set to spend $15 million to establish Democratic governing majorities in nine states, including Michigan.
EMILYs list on Wednesday announced that it would focus the initial investments of its State Power Plan into Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Minnesota, Nevada, New Mexico, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin to back pro-choice women running for governor, attorney general, secretary of state, their state Legislature and state supreme court.
The Republican chaos coming out of Washington is wreaking havoc on Michiganders.
