Well CRAP!

There is a meeting being held on St. Paul campus at UofM by my rep in the state legislature. It is about the current state of affairs in the area. I very much wanted to attend.

BUT...

There is no where to park that is anywhere near the place. The lots that are designated for public use are too far away for me to walk today, thanks to my decrepit body being even more decrepit than usual today.

SO...

I guess I don't get to attend. I cannot risk my car being towed. AT. ALL. I cannot walk those distances today. (Probably for the next few days if things go as they usually do. Filthy apartment and all I can do is sit and fume.)

FUCK.

EDIT: You know, I did not mention the district. It is for 66A.

This is the kind of thing that I have been saying needs to happen like daily.

(Okay, maybe weekly, but it needs to be constant and involve any reps not actively working on something in St. Paul to attend.)

Check with the St. Paul Media Center at the College.
Here's the contact information for public radio. They might know something.

Thanks!

I hope you are keeping warm and dry?

Found any milk or bread yet? LOL. (North Carolina joke there)

9. I am going to try and find a stream of the event.

But, that will not tell me what I want to know, which is how do the people there feel about everything going on and what do they want to do about it. A politician giving a speech is a dime a dozen, but I wanted to see what the folks there were saying and thinking.

A stream is not really going to tell me this. But, I still want to see what transpires at this event.
