City of Valley to mail out ballots for its special recall election next week
VALLEY, Neb. — The city of Valley will mail out ballots for its special recall election next week.
That election will be by mail only.
Ballots will be mailed in 6-by-9 envelopes with return envelopes included.
Voters will need to provide voter ID information and sign the back of the return envelope for that ballot to count.
