PORTSMOUTH A whos who of local and regional developers have shown interest in working with the city to redevelop the McIntyre Federal Building.
Chinburg Properties and Two International Group, as well as several Massachusetts companies, are among the companies that responded to the citys request for qualifications, or RFQ, which is a first step for redeveloping the McIntyre site.
The Kane Co. of Portsmouth and Redgate of Boston also have formed a joint venture to explore the Thomas J. McIntyre Building development opportunity together.
