So first we see this big article, all about how they've struck a deal. It's just great to them 'cuz they'll be close to the airport:

Ooooops! Not so fast there, dump. Turns out they've gotten NO permits. Looks like the mayor can tie this up for a while. Earlier he'd said "They are not welcome here."

Not to mention a 15-year lease? Who thinks trump is going to be around deporting immigrants for 15 years?

(p.s. in NJ you can break a business lease by getting a new tenant, but why expose yourself to this liability in the first place?)
